The S25FL128SAGMFV001 is a 128 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data rates, reaching up to 52 MBps (Quad, SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers hybrid 4-KB/64-KB or uniform 256-KB sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
