The CY15B004J-SXET is a 4-Kbit (512 × 8) automotive-grade serial F-RAM with I2C interface, supporting 10 trillion (10¹³) read/write cycles and 121-year data retention. Operating from 3.0 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and comes in an 8-pin SOIC. With up to 1 MHz I2C speed, NoDelay™ writes, and low power consumption, it is ideal for automotive data logging, industrial controls, and frequent nonvolatile memory writes.
