CY14V104NA-BA45XIT is a 4-Mbit (256 K × 16) nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports 45 ns access time and performs hands-off AutoStore on power-down using a 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. Rated for 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year retention, it runs at VCC 3.0–3.6 V and VCCQ 1.65–1.95 V over -40°C to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
