CY14V104LA-BA45XIT is a 4-Mbit (512 K × 8) nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage in each cell. It supports 45 ns access and automatic hands-off STORE on power-down using a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. Rated for 20-year data retention and 1,000 K STORE cycles, it runs from 3.0 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 1.95 V I/O across -40 to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
