It supports 25 ns access time and hands-off AutoStore on power-down using an external 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. Rated for 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year data retention. Operates from 3.0–3.6 V VCC and 1.65–1.95 V VCCQ over -40 to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
