CY14V101NA-BA45XI is a 1-Mbit (64 K × 16) parallel nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage for automatic data STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up. It supports 45 ns access, 3.0 V to 3.6 V core VCC with 1.65 V to 1.95 V VCCQ I/O, industrial -40°C to 85°C operation, 20-year data retention, and 1,000 K nonvolatile STORE cycles in a 48-ball FBGA package.
