CY14V101LA-BA45XI is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per cell. It supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down using an external VCAP capacitor, plus pin- or software-initiated STORE and software or power-up RECALL. The -BA45 speed grade targets 45 ns access. Operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 1.95 V I/O over -40 to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
