CY14V101LA-BA25XI is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM (128 K × 8) that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports 25 ns access and hands-off AutoStore on power-down using an external 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, plus software- or pin-initiated STORE and software or power-up RECALL. Operates at 3.0 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 1.95 V I/O over -40 to 85°C in a 48-ball FBGA.
