CY14E101Q2A-SXI is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial (SPI) nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus SPI software STORE/RECALL. The device operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40 to 85°C, offers SPI clocks up to 104 MHz, and includes an 8-byte serial number, device ID, sleep mode, and WP-based write protection.
