CY14B256PA-SFXIT is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) SPI nvSRAM with integrated real-time clock. It stores SRAM data to QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements automatically on power-down (AutoStore) and restores on power-up, with software or HSB pin control. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, uses a 16-pin SOIC, and supports 40 MHz SPI with 20-year retention and 1M STORE cycles for nonvolatile logging.
