CY14B256LA-SP45XIT is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and performs hands-off AutoStore to nonvolatile cells on power-down using a 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor, with RECALL on power-up or by software. The SP45 option supports 45 ns access, 1M STORE cycles, and 20-year data retention at -40 to 85°C.
