CY14B108L-ZS25XIT is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 1024 K × 8, combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile cells. It performs automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up, with STORE also initiated by software or the HSB pin. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to 85°C, provides 25 ns access, 1,000 K STORE cycles, and 20-year data retention in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
