The S25FS128SDSNFM103 is a 128 Mbit automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory with 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes up to 80 MBps. It offers flexible sector architectures, 100,000 P/E cycles minimum, 20-year data retention, and a 1024-byte OTP region for security. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures operation from -40°C to +125°C.
