The CY15V104QSN-108LPXIT is a 4-Mbit EXCELON™ Ultra ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with quad SPI interface, organized as 512K × 8. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V over –40°C to +85°C, it supports up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR SPI. The device offers virtually unlimited endurance (100 trillion cycles), 151-year data retention, instant non-volatile writes, ECC and CRC for data integrity, and low power consumption, making it ideal for data logging and industrial control.
