CY14B101NA-ZS25XI is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 64 K × 16 with integrated QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports 25 ns access, 2.7 V to 3.6 V single-supply operation over -40°C to +85°C. Data is automatically STOREd on power-down using a 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALLed on power-up; software, HSB pin, and AutoStore control STORE/RECALL for data logging and state retention.
