CY14B101LA-BA45XIT is a 1-Mbit (128 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM that pairs fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage in each cell. It performs AutoStore on power-down using an external 61–180 µF VCAP capacitor, with STORE/RECALL also triggered by software or the HSB pin. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C with 45 ns access, 20-year retention, and 1,000K STORE endurance in 48-ball FBGA.
