The CY14B101KA-SP45XI is a 1-Mbit nvSRAM (128K × 8) with integrated real-time clock, using QuantumTrap nonvolatile elements. It performs automatic STORE on power-down with an external 61 µF to 180 µF VCAP capacitor, and RECALL on power-up or by software/hardware. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C, supports 45 ns access, and specifies 20-year data retention and 1 million STORE cycles.
