It features a 32-bit data bus, dual boot sector configuration, advanced sector protection, and flexible sector architecture. Operating from 2.50 V to 2.75 V VCC and 1.65 V to 2.75 V VIO, it supports up to 66 MHz burst read, 20-year data retention, and 1 million write cycles per sector.
