The S29GL256S11FHIV10 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory with a 16-bit data bus, built on 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It delivers random access times down to 110 ns and page access as fast as 25 ns. Features include a 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128 KB sector erase, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection.
