The S29GL256S10FHIV10 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 16-bit data bus and versatile I/O voltage from 1.65 V to VCC. It delivers random access as fast as 90 ns and page access down to 15 ns, supports 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, and 20 years data retention.
