TLE92466ED

TLE92466ED is designed for control of 6 linear solenoids in automatic transmission, electronic stability control, and active suspension applications.

The TLE92466ED device precisely controls current through inductive loads with <1% error. It supports programmable target currents (0-1500mA, 15-bit resolution) and dither currents up to 1800mA. The built-in dither generator adds programmable triangular/trapezoidal waveform to setpoint. With integrated transistors and sensing resistors, external components are minimized. TLE92466ED is ISO 26262 compliant, ensuring ASIL C safety level.
