TLE4279G

The OPTIREG™ Linear TLE4279G is an automotive voltage regulator with a 5 V fixed output in a PG‑DSO‑8 package.

The TLE4279 operates at a maximum voltage of 45V, driving a 150mA load. It includes short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown. It generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V, with adjustable threshold and delay. The TLE4269G with integrated resistors can be used if pull-up resistors are required. It also offers integrated resistors, and an integrated comparator for low voltage warning.
