The TLE9250VSJ meets ISO11898 and upcoming 2016 standards, SAE J1939, J2284-4/5. Available in PG-DSO-8 and leadless PG-TSON-8 (TLE9250VLE) packages, it offers high ESD robustness, low EME, stringent EMC compliance, CAN FD support up to 5 MBit/s, and fail-safe features for ideal passive behavior.
