300 V, 50 mA single-pole Photovoltaic Relay in a mod. 8-pin SMT Package. This normally open solid-state relay can replace electromechanical relays used for general purpose switching of analog signals. This series combines low output capacitance, high off-state resistance and fast response times and offers solid state advantages. In addition analog signals can be switched from thermocouple level to 300 Volts peak AC or DC.
