The IC regulates an input voltage VI in the range of 6V < VI < 45V to VQ,nom = 5.0V. Maximum output current > 200mA. Short-circuit and temperature protection. Reset signal generated for VQ,rt < 4.5V (adjustable to 3.5V). External capacitor sets reset delay. Integrated watchdog logic supervises microcontroller. Inhibit input switches off IC (current consumption < 1μA).
