Regulated at 3.3V, this component handles up to 45V input voltage, supports downloads up to 150mA, and provides safety features like short-circuit protection, current limitation, and over-temperature shutdown. It offers adjustable reset signal (VQ,RT), programmable power-on reset delay, voltage monitoring, under-voltage indication, and an Enable function for regulator control.
