TLF80511TF V33

The TLF80511TF V33 is a linear low dropout voltage regulator for load currents up to 400 mA in D²PAK or DPAK packages with fixed output voltage (3.3V)

Regulate input voltage up to 40V to VQ,nom (3.3V ±2%) with TLF80511TF V33. Ideal for low power systems connected to batteries, it has 38µA quiescent current, 100mV dropout voltage (<100mA), and extended operating range from 3.3V. Suitable for automotive systems, it ensures stable regulation with a single 1µF output capacitor.
