The P-channel MOSFET JANSR2N7506U8C is a single, rad hard component with a -30V rating and -20A capacity. Its TO-257AA low ohmic package has electrical performance capabilities up to 100krad(Si) TID and QPL qualification, making it ideal for space applications. With its low RDS(on) and power losses, the R5 MOSFET is well-suited for DC-DC converters and motor drives in space power systems.
