S29GL512S10DHI010

The S29GL512S10DHI010 is a 512 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory based on Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, random access times as fast as 100 ns, and 32-byte page mode reads at 15 ns. With a 512-byte programming buffer, uniform 128-kbyte sector erase, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC, it supports up to 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention for automotive and industrial use.
