The S29GL128S90FAI020 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory based on MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology and 65 nm process. It features a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), 90 ns random access, ×16 data bus, uniform 128 kbyte sectors, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Internal ECC ensures data integrity. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 3 requirements. Uses include automotive ECUs, industrial controllers, and embedded systems.
