The S29GL064S80FHV010 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) parallel NOR flash memory built on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, offering single 3.0 V supply operation and versatile I/O. It features 70 ns access time, 8-word/16-byte page read buffer, and 128-word/256-byte write buffer for efficient programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V VCC and 1.65 V to VCC+0.2 V VIO, it supports industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 105°C with AEC-Q100 qualification.
