The S29GL01GT11FHB020 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with a 3.0 V core and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. It delivers random access as fast as 100 ns and page access down to 15 ns, plus a 512-byte programming buffer for efficient writes. With uniform 128-KB sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, 100,000 program/erase cycles, and 20-year retention, it suits automotive and industrial code storage and data logging.
