The S29GL256S90GHI010 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory with 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), 90 ns random access, 15 ns page access, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128 kB sectors, advanced sector protection, and internal ECC for single-bit error correction enhance reliability. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100), it supports 100,000 cycles and 20-year retention.
