The S29GL256S11TFV023 is a 256 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with random access times as low as 110 ns and page access down to 25 ns. Operating from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supporting a ×16 data bus, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, advanced sector protection, internal ECC for single-bit error correction, and 100,000 program/erase cycles for reliable embedded and industrial use.
