The S29GL256S11FHIV23 is a 256 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, page-mode read with 15 ns access, and random access as fast as 90 ns. Supporting a wide I/O voltage range (1.65 V to VCC), it operates from -40°C to +105°C and offers a 512-byte programming buffer. Advanced sector protection and internal ECC ensure high reliability for embedded and automotive applications.
