The S29GL01GT10FHI030 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with 3.0 V core supply and I/O range from 1.65 V to VCC. It supports 8-/16-bit data bus, random access as fast as 100 ns, page mode reads down to 15 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer for high-speed writes. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced sector protection, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified for automotive and industrial code storage.
