The S25FL512SDPMFIG13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR read commands, with core voltage of 2.7 V to 3.6 V and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read speeds reach 133 MHz (SDR) and 80 MHz (DDR), with up to 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
