The S25FL512SDPBHV213 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, with read speeds up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Uniform 256 KB sectors, 512-byte page buffer, advanced sector protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualification enable reliable code storage, XIP, and data logging in automotive and industrial systems.
