The S25FL512SAGMFVG13 is a 512 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR commands, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it offers temperature ranges up to 125°C and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. Features include 256 KB sectors, 100,000 endurance, 20-year retention, and a 1024-byte OTP array.
