The S25FL512SAGMFV011 is a 512 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O plus DDR read modes, achieving up to 80 MBps read speeds and 1.5 MBps programming. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers automatic ECC, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year retention. Security features include a 1024-byte OTP region and advanced sector protection.
