The S25FL064LABNFI040 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with 3.0 V single supply, 65-nm floating gate technology, and multi-I/O support including Quad SPI and DDR read modes. Operating from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, it achieves up to 54 MBps read speed, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention.
