CY14B104NA-ZS25XI is a 4-Mbit nvSRAM (256K × 16) combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and automatically STOREs on power-down to a required 68 µF VCAP capacitor, then RECALLs on power-up; software-initiated STORE/RECALL is also supported. It offers 25 ns access, 20-year retention, and 1,000K STORE cycles, in a 44-pin TSOP II package.
