BMx7318 Evaluation Board with SPI Communication

The EVBMA7318-SPI provides a solution for a distributed architecture for lithium-ion (Li-Ion) battery management in automotive and industrial applications. This board integrates one BMA7318 device. It can communicate with a host board or host PC via serial peripheral interface (SPI) and with other cell monitoring unit (CMU) boards via transform physical layer (TPL) using transformer isolation. Each board can measure Li-Ion batteries with 4-18 cells. The board is powered by a 9 VDC–90 volts direct current (VDC) power source.
