24AA01-I/SN EEPROM, 1 Kb (128 x 8), I2C, 1 MHz, SOIC-8

The 24XX01(1) from Microchip Technology Inc. is an electrically erasable 1-Kbit PROM (EEPROM). The device is organised as a block of 128 x 8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. Its low-voltage design allows operation down to 1.7 V with maximum standby and active current of only 1 µA and 1 mA. The 24XX01 also has a page write function for up to 8 bytes of data.
