The ATA8510 combines RF functionality with a proven Microchip AVR® microcontroller core. It is a monolithic RF transceiver IC designed for the sub-GHz smart RF markets. This device provides high sensitivity, blocking and transmit power at extremely low power consumption levels making it an excellent candidate for battery powered applications. Features include:

* High sensitivity down to -123 dBm FSK and -109 dBm ASK at 433.92 MHz. * High output power of -12 dBm to +14.5 dBm that is programmable in 0.4 dB steps * EEPROM programmable by host controller over SPI * ROM firmware library with flash program memory for application-specific software needs
