    JANSG2N7433U is a high-performance, rad hard N-channel MOSFET designed for space applications. With a rating of 200V, 27A, SMD-2 package, and low RDS(on) and low gate charge. Its electrical performance up to 500krad(Si) TID and QPL classification ensure reliability in satellite applications. This device is a JANS certified version of the IRHNA7260 with optional Total Dose Rating of 500krads.
