The SoM is supplied with 32-bit DDR4 memory support for HPS with ECC and 64-bit DDR4 support for FPGA. A complete selection of IOs and high-speed transceiver blocks are available on the SOM board to board connectors. The Arria 10 SoC System On Modules are designed for equipment applications such as test and measurement, control and intelligence, diagnostic medical imaging, wireless infrastructure, computer-storage, and broadcast-distribution.
