This makes it ideal for noise measurement in workplaces and public places or in industry and manufacturing. Compared to the testo 816 sound level meter, the testo 816-1 also has an internal data logger for 31,000 measured values and is also supplied with PC software.

The sound level meter for professionals: measure, save, evaluate Just like the testo 816 sound level meter, the testo 816-1 is also available in a practical carrying bag and you can benefit from the many technical features for professional noise measurement in all areas of occupational health and safety and immission control: You can switch the measurement time - depending on your requirements - from Slow (measurement once per second) to Fast (measurement every 125 milliseconds). You can also choose between two frequency weightings: Characteristic A corresponds to the sound pressure sensation of the human ear, characteristic C evaluates the low-frequency components of a noise. You can also recalibrate the testo 816-1 sound level meter directly on site using the optionally available sound calibrator and the screwdriver supplied.

You can easily transfer the measurement data to a PC using the USB connection cable supplied. The PC software also included in the scope of delivery supports you in data management and evaluation. On top of that, the software also enables long-term measurements, where the current measurement data can be followed directly on the PC.
