When space is tight, such as in a distribution cabinet, operating spring clamps is particularly tough. Screwdrivers block the view of the terminal and make it difficult to work, as one hand is required for the screwdriver, while the other hand must be used to feed the conductor. The spring cutter improves accessibility thanks to its 40° curved blade which provides a clear view of the clamp. In addition, the blade remains held in the clamp when inserted, so that both hands can be used to insert the cable. The operation tool is characterised by optimum grip thanks to the SoftFinish® handle design.
