The DYNAMIXEL X540 series has a force comparable to the MX106, but with a volume reduced by 28.4%. The Dynamixel X series is the latest network servo motor series from ROBOTIS. The XM540-W270-T servo motor has contactless magnetic encoders, enabling 360° rotation at speeds up to 37 rpm. Torques of up to 12.9 Nm at an applied voltage of up to 14.8 V are possible. These outstanding performance features, coupled with the extremely low weight of just 165 g, result in a very powerful servo motor for universal applications. In addition, the Dynamixel X series has undergone a major overhaul of the cable routing, which has resulted in even greater reliability. Unlike the AX/MX series, the cables are no longer connected to the back of the servo motor, but are routed past the pivot points, thereby reducing cable strain and keeping exposed cables to a minimum. The Dynamixel X series can be screwed in different ways. However, it is important to note that the included spacer rings are used when using mounting profiles.
